Help! When to arrive at Seattle pier?

We'll be boarding Mercury on Monday Oct. 3 with an elderly couple who will need lots of help. They are in a Sky Suite which reportedly gets priority boarding and disembarking.

To any of you who have sailed Mercury out of Seattle: I would love to know your experience as to when you got to Pier 66 and whether the boarding at your arrival time was smooth, rocky, fast, slow, etc. We can arrange to arrive any time, our only goal being to pick a time when boarding will be easiest. Also, how do you ask for the priority boarding for Sky Suite passengers? Set it up ahead of time, flag down someone at the pier, or ??? (We will need wheelchairs for them too.)

Any feedback? Thanks.

My advice is ask for wheelchairs (it is a very long walk). When you get out of the cab give your bags over to the ports (checked bags only). Go inside and at door ask for wheelchair assitance. You will be taken to the h/c check which is fast. Tell them you have a Sky Suite. as for time the earlier the better but if they like to sleep in go at 12:00 first wave will be done and second as not arrived.
