Puerto Rico Fog?

We have been fogged in in Tampa and Galveston, both in December. Does Puerto Rico ever have fog in December? The Carnival site shows to book departure flights after 12:00 p.m. This flight I'm monitoring leaves at 12:10 p.m. We are on Deck 7 and would carry our own luggage out... Can we make this flight if the ship docks at 7:00 a.m.?

My guess would be NO. It's Puerto Rico.....temps hover around 70-80 throughout our winter months.

No Fog in SJ. We left the Valor at 8:30AM, self assist. Was at the airport by 9:15 and had no lines whatsoever. Was sitting at the Gate @ 9:45 for our 1:10 flight. Then they came on the PA at around 12:00 saying our flight was delayed until 2:40PM.:mad::mad: All this on Super Bowl Sunday. I would say you will be fine.

Only fog in PR is in the mountains. In December only thing to worry about is rain.

 

Airport is about 20-30 minutes away - what day of the week is it? Mornings on weekdays are crazy getting in/out of San Juan - lots of traffic from all the locals. School (which there are a bunch between SJ and the airport) traffic should not be a problem for your 12:10 flight.

 

My parents live 5 minutes from the airport, work in Old San Juan and I went to school smack middle in Isla Verde - you will have plenty of time to get to the airport and even grab some lunch :)

Be sure to stop at the USDA inspection at San Juan Airport prior to getting into the security line (or you'll be sent back and have to go through the line all over again!)
