Well, the rules actually say 12 - 20oz bottles per guest, so they may allow it or they may not.

 

Some embarkation ports are much more strict than others.

Just buy some 20 oz bottles so there won't be any problems. I'd hate for a Dr. Pepper lover not to be able to get their "fix" at sea.
