Private water taxi. It may be the most expensive,but how many times will you be in Venice. You can't beat the ride!

Alilaguna will be right at the port and will drop you at St. Mark's for about 15E per passenger including luggage charge. But if you can afford a waterfront hotel, you will probably want to take the water taxi!!
