Restaurants in FLL

We are staying at the Hyatt Pier 66. Last year we ate at their grill 66 and had a wonderful price fixed menu but we called and were informed that they don't have it this year on fridays.

 

So we don't want to eat at the pelican bar there.

 

Where can we easily get on the water taxi - (we won't have a rental car) and go? Any suggestions?

 

Is the samba room good? Is it easy to get to from the water taxi?
