I just found out that drinks at the specialty restaurants are not included :( Does anybody know if we can bring in drinks into those specialty restaurants from anywhere that is included in our package?

YOu dont have a domicile country posted. I am assuming you are USA a resident

 

An interesting fact. Below are two copy and pastes from the UK MSC web site. I've emboldend and colored red the important words.

So if I was a UK guest I would expect (and ultimately demand) the drinks in the speciallity venues

 

 

For the "Allegrisimo" package it does indeed say that a la carte restaurants are excluded

 

However; for the "Allegrissimo Premium", which you quote in your title, it clearly states that you have:-

 

"complete freedom to enjoy a vast range of drinks and refreshments whenever and whereever you like."

 

THat sounds like it is available in the a la carte venues to me. for UK guests at least

 

I'd check again if it were me and quote the UK web site

 

With Allegrissimo, you're free to savour every moment, 24 hours a day, with your favourite beverage. So you can sip a fruit smootie by the pool after your morning swim, enjoy a glass of beer with your lunch, indulge in a classic cocktail before dinner, accompany your meal with some delicious wine and round off a day in the main onboard restaurants, self-service buffet and all bars (not valid in à la carte restaurants).

THe USA web site does exclude the speciallity venues.

Maybe you could book it through the UK web site

Can anyone confirm this is the case while sailing aboard the MSC Divina around the Caribbean??

 

I think it's silly that those who book through the UK site can enjoy the premium package anywhere on the ship, but those that book through the US site have restrictions.

 

If this is the case, we might change our mind about how often we planned to eat in the specialty restaurants during our upcoming trip.

Hi, I don't know if the OP was trying to stir things up, but for your question here is the wording from the PDF on MSC's site. And maybe subject to changing for Spring/Summer 2014.

 

MSC Cruises USA can you let us know which information is correct? Has there been a change in policy (from what is provided in MSC's Fall2013/Winter2014 Caribbean Sailings PDF, for Allegrissimo drink packages?

Hello i was on the MSC Divina back this past December and i had bought the Allesgrissmo Preminum Package and i was able to use it in the specialty restaurants....and i had no problem....
