Getaway - Haven Dining

Recommended Posts

Hi,

So does the Haven Courtyard offer dinner on any evenings or is it always just breakfast and lunch.

Also - on the day of boarding are we able to get lunch up there while the boarding process completes and if so at what time.

Thanks !!

We haven't sailed the Getaway yet - its next ;) - but have enjoyed the Haven on the Epic and Breakaway.

Yep! It Haven is a FANTASTIC option for breakfast lunch and or dinner. The menu is the same everyday - but it still has plenty of options.

Upon boarding we have been escorted directly to the Haven and lunch has been available very shortly after boarding.

On the Breakaway the were serving a nonalcoholic punch and several "snacks" (finger sandwiches and burger sliders) when we first boarded too! Very tasty :D

Can you have lunch served in the courtyard on the Epic as well?

Yep! The Epic has a really nice bar/grille area that has a casual menu. The same things are offered on the Breakaway - but they don't have the separate bar/grille area.

I suppose they would serve the Epic Club menu to you outside - if you asked. But those are more formal choices (several courses) compared to the grille menu and I would want to be at a table because the are not the kind of things to balance on your lap in a lounger. ;)
