Wifi at Port of Galveston

Has anyone ever tried to connect to wifi while on the NOS at the Port of Galveston? I'd like to catch some college softball games before we depart and then take on the high cost of minutes on the ship.

I have a cell phone with "hot spot" and it works great for all my toys several miles outside of the port (and in port) :) As far as I know there is no open wifi at the port. Verizon
