Breakaway - Lockers in Spa

Will I need to supply my own lock for the spa lockers on the Breakaway or are they provided onboard? If so, is there a charge for them? And if there is a charge, would this service be included as part of my cabin rate, having selected a Spa Balcony?

They give you a locker key when you check in at the spa desk. It is like a rubber bracelet. You hold it up to your assigned locker, and it will open. There is no additional charge.

Since it is rubber, it is waterproof, and just worn on your wrist while you are in the spa.
