Stayed twice, but never paid more than $80 pre-tax - for $200, even including tax, I would look elsewhere first; the lack of AC and small rooms just don't deserve that high a fee. Not that the hotel is bad - it's clean, the roofdeck has a nice view and the location is good for restaurants, Space Needle, Chihuly gallery etc. - it's just an older property with minimal amenities.

 

Check out the La Quinta, Hampton Inn, Hotel Five - even if they're a bit more expensive, I'd say $20-30 more on any of them would be a better deal than the Med. If they're all pushing $250 and you're not comfortable using Hotwire/Priceline, book the Med.
