Sloth Sanctuary and Canoe Adventure Opinions?

Has anyone been on the Sloth Sanctuary and Canoe Adventure in Puerto Limon? If so, I'd love to hear more about it. I am considering it because I like the idea of the walk through the rain forest, as well as the canoes and sloths. I want to see a dense area of rain forest, and wondered if this would include that. I considered the ziplining, but am not sure if it's for me. Also, I think it would be difficult to take pikctures, and I want to see a lot of wildlife. Any opinions?

We are also considering the sloth tour. I went to the web site (a google search will bring it up) and the whole tour looks pretty good.

So has anyone done this?
