33tekfan Posted May 10, 2014 #26 Share Posted May 10, 2014 To request a table for 2 you can e mail your request to rcldining@rccl.com about 2-3 weeks prior to your sail date. Make sure that you include your name, ship sail date and reservation number. We've made dining table requests for two of our cruises using that email and they were honored both times. Enjoy your cruise!
Rare ttnc4me Posted May 10, 2014 #27 Share Posted May 10, 2014 Also, if we don't get a table for 2 in fixed dining, can we switch to flex last minute? Or would it make sense to switch now in case it sells out later? Although OP did get the table for 2, can anyone answer this? We have fixed but think we would prefer MTD. I don't understand "sells out". Is there a limit to the number of people they let do MTD?

Is there a limit to the number of people they let do MTD? They have an assigned area for each type of dining, so there is often a limit as to how many diners they can commit to.Since there is generally some changing that takes place during the planning phase, you can always request to be wait-listed if they tell you your preference is currently not available. If your sail date isn't coming up soon, you will often eventually get what you were wait-listed for.
