Spending the day in Nassau til 1 am

We will be in Nassau in June...we are in port from 12pm til 1am. We've been there twice but never stayed all day/night. Just wondering what the night life is like? Any suggestions?

We went to atlantis at night once and the cover charge to get into the night club was $100 per person....needless to say....we left and went to senior frogs and had a blast.

We were on a similar time schedule for our cruise 2 years ago through Carnival. We weren't sure WHAT to do until that late at night so we ventured over to Sr Frogs, which was very loud and full of extremely noisy crazy drunk people. Not our cup of tea. Next time I would opt to spend a nice subdued evening walking around Atlantis in the dark, visit the casino etc. Or just stay on the ship after dinner.

This past January we took a private day tour (which was awesome) and saw many parts of the island that we never saw before . And then we had lunch and strolled around the strawmarket a bit and then went back on the ship to get ready for formal night on the ship, had dinner took pictures then changed cloths and took a taxi to Atlantis and had a blast, came back to the ship around 2am and went to sleep
