marsworth75 Posted April 8, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 8, 2014 Is there anyone who has cruised on the Star in one of the SJ suites who remembers the dimensions of the mini fridge? See, not what you thought it was about, huh?
GuitarGuyFH Posted April 8, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 8, 2014 Whew, I thought you were going to destroy my years of work convincing my wife otherwise! :D
JohnS43 Posted April 8, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 8, 2014 I don't know if they're the same or not, but I was just on the Star in an SC (2-Bedroom) suite, and the mini-fridge was like one of those small dorm refrigerators. And it's about one-half to two-thirds filled with mini-bar stuff.
Walt724 Posted April 9, 2014 #4 Share Posted April 9, 2014 You can have your butler empty the fridge if you would rather have the entire space for your use. Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app

Da-Painter Posted April 9, 2014 #6 Share Posted April 9, 2014 Fridges in suites are the same size as in all other cabins.
marsworth75 Posted April 9, 2014 Author #7 Share Posted April 9, 2014 So back to the question. Is that 24x24, 36x36, 24x12?
Out to sea! Posted April 9, 2014 #8 Share Posted April 9, 2014 (edited) So back to the question. Is that 24x24, 36x36, 24x12? I never carried anything to measure a fridge on board but if you think of college dorm room fridges, these are the same size (about 2.5 ft tall, 2 ft wide, and 1.5 deep deep..........about..........external dimensions). Fishbait17 Posted April 9, 2014 #9 Share Posted April 9, 2014 (edited) So back to the question. Is that 24x24, 36x36, 24x12? Haven't yet been on the Star, but in every other suite on NCL it's been about roughly 24x24 on outside (very roughly). It has the interior bottom "bump"shelf that makes at least 1/4 of it useless. Think of it this way if using such items - we put in 2 pitchers of juices and maybe 1quart of cream or mixer OR 1 pitcher with 2-3 quarts of mixers (takes up whole front part of the fridge, side to side and top to bottom) with maybe 6-8 sodas on the upper shelf behind them (too short for bottled beer). The wine bucket makes a great place to keep six beers cold. Robin Edited April 9, 2014 by Fishbait17
