CaribbeanBound Posted July 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2005 We love Key West. We were fortunate to have Key West as a stop on both of our last cruises. Here are very detailed reports on both cruises. If you are a first time visitor to Key West, I'd suggest the itenerary we took during our Western Caribbean trip. two cruisers 723 Posted August 1, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 1, 2005 Thanks for the information on Key West. Your Nassau info was also helpful. We will be stopping there for our 3rd time soon and trying to decide something different to do next time as we've done the dolphin encounter, snorkeled at Anthol Island and used the beach & pool at the British Colonial Hilton. We've never been to an all inclusive and have always considered it when planning vacations, but we end up planning another cruise instead. Sandals in Nassau would give us a taste of an all inclusive without having to pay to go there for an extended period of time only to decide that we would have prefered a cruise. CaribbeanBound Posted August 1, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted August 1, 2005 We had a great time at Sandals for the day. I've been told the $100/couple rate may no longer be available. Try emailing Sandals at their website and let them know you'ld like to do a site tour and see if the $100/couple is still available. Good luck. I don't think I'd be willing to pay the higher price for this option.
