Started today!

:D This was my first day to exercise. I walked on the treadmill.

 

Big accomplishment for me.;) Just needed someone to share with.

Woo Hoo! If you promise to do it again, I will. I sat and looked at it today, and even considered moving it to a different room (that I'm not in as much), so I know how hard it can be to just do it. But okay, Saturday, either before work, or after work (even though we are going to reggae fest) I will get on that stupid thing for 10 uphill minutes (it's broke so I can ONLY walk uphill:mad: ). That will be topped off with some dancing to reggae if I have the energy.

We can do it.

Uphill only on yours, :eek: that sounds hard! I have my incline at 2.

We just recently had ours fixed. We could have almost bought a new one for the price of what we paid to get ours fixed.

Yeah, we were pricing them and a good one that DH can run on is expensive. We got ours from a lady accross the street...she switched to one of those elyptical (sp?). How did you do? I didn't get on the treadmill, but we parked far from the reggae fest and rode a few miles on our bikes. It's kind of fun riding bikes downtown amongst all of the empty buildings, and it's easier than maneuvering through traffic.Treadmill today...uphill 10 minutes. the uphill part has to be good for my butt..:rolleyes:

Didn't walk today:eek: . We had a up all night with a newborn experience!

We are having alot of those lately. oh, well, will try again tomorrow.
