Legend aft balcony problems?

I have been looking at the Legend for May. It seems that on all of the dates cabins 6297 to 6315 are open. Does anyone know if there is a problem with these cabins?

 

I thought that maybe it was because of the new slide but that is several floors up. These are on the Empress deck, so there are cabins above and below.

 

Any suggestions before I book one?

We were on the Legend's Empress aft for a 12 nighter Med cruise last May, before the dry dock. All was good. No noise from Lido and great views.
