Balance in OBC account

Is there a way to check online to see how much OBC is in your account? I just want to verify it's there!

It's listed as 'Fees & Credits' under 'My Billing' (for me atleast)

Yes, log into Carnival's website and then go to your cruise. When you are at your cruise page under my cruise manager, you should your "to do list". Under that click view cruise documents. The click "print general information". It should bring up a document you can scroll through until you see your OBC.

Thanks. It's not saying OBC but my total charges are reflecting the price (drop) difference. Even though they charged my credit card for the greater amount, I guess the difference will be OBC. Hope so!!

I've had them refund my credit card recently (without asking) instead of transferring the difference to on-board credit
