AroundTheWorld1 Posted April 23, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2014 Maybe a silly question, but.........just off the phone with AT&T with regard to setting up an international plan, they informed me that Azamara offers an international cruise ship package, as well as the global international plan offered by ATT. My question is since our cruise is mostly port intensive (Mediterean) while on the ship docked in port, am I connected to the cruise ship coverage or the international plan. I'm thinking I just need the one plan for Global International but you know how sales people are they want you to purchase the whole thing! Any guidance would be appreciated. dln929 Posted April 23, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) This is probably what you're looking for. http://www.azamaraclubcruises.com/life-onboard/stay-connected Just as an aside, talking about cell phones, last October we took our kids, ages 25 and 27, with us on a Med cruise on the Navigator of the Seas. On the day we passed through the Straits of Messina I rounded up the kids so we could all view it from the decks. Our 27 year old son was up there in a shot! I was so pleased that he was a scenery buff like his mom...until I saw him whip out his cell phone. He was far more interested in picking up a signal from nearby land so he could get in touch with his girlfriend back home. I shoulda known!! ;) Edited April 23, 2014 by dln929
