jtxo Posted May 2, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 2, 2014 Yep, I've been having that problem the last few days, in both Firefox and Chrome. I finally got my docs, but I know I had to try a few different ways into that part of the website to get it. I was also trying to change an excursion, and finally gave up and had to call to get it done. Try clicking from different links in the "manage my booking" section and see if one lets you in.
