Anyone else having trouble accessing your documents?

Lately when I've tried to view my documents I get an error page. Is this happening to others, or is it just me. I've tried other browsers and it's the same.

Yep, I've been having that problem the last few days, in both Firefox and Chrome. I finally got my docs, but I know I had to try a few different ways into that part of the website to get it. I was also trying to change an excursion, and finally gave up and had to call to get it done. Try clicking from different links in the "manage my booking" section and see if one lets you in.

No, mine is working fine. I have been in it several times today waiting for my $448 OBC from a price drop to post today and it did! Yay!

I'm checking because they left off one of my husband's cruises showing him as being "red" on this cruise when it should be "gold". It shows the status on the travel documents, so I keep checking.
