Indy_Girl46 Posted May 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2014 We have booked our first Celebrity Cruise for this summer. We have always done Royal Caribbean before and are Diamond members. When I booked the Celebrity Cruise earlier this week, I mentioned that we were Diamond members on RC and she put me through to the Captains Circle telephone number and they enrolled us as Elite on Celebrity and gave me our numbers. I've just created a Captains Circle account on the Celebrity website and it says we have no cruises booked. I guess I just need to give them a call back and ensure that our new Elite numbers are aligned to our booking ref?

Chazteach1 Posted May 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 16, 2014 It's Captain's Club.... The website is notorious for showing inaccuracies. Best to call captain's club back and see if they can see the reservation on their end. I had to enter my booking onto my profile and was unable to make payments online. I had to call into our Celebrity Travel Specialist contact to make payments. My booking is paid in full and website still says i owe the entire amount. But when I call Kristy, (at RCCL / Celebrity HQ) she sees that we are paid in full and invoiced me receipt that shows that. I can send you her contact info if you'd like..... she accepts client referrals!
wallie5446 Posted May 16, 2014 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) Welcome to the dark side:D Not really, your going to have a blast! You have to imput the information about a cruise in "My Celebrity" your self, the system does not self populate from the data base at home office. Sorry, once you do it will, well, er, ah, should:eek: update. Edited May 16, 2014 by wallie5446
lobster129 Posted May 16, 2014 #5 Share Posted May 16, 2014 It may not help much...but it works the other way too. :) If Elite on Celebrity...you qualify as Diamond on Royal Caribbean and Discoverer on Azamara. However, you do have to "register" with the "sister" cruise line's website. You can then enter your booking reservation number....and things will get much better!:)

See if this helps:) On home page - click on Captain's Club (Top blue bar) Then click on "Enroll Now" and fill in info and set up user name and password Then log in. Click next on "My Celebrity" (very top) and you will see a title "My Reservations" and a note in blue to the right of it saying "Don't see your reservation? add it here" That is where you enter your booking # and Voila your reservation appears lol

You get credit for cruises sailed on Azamara on your Captains Club account. It does not work this way for Crown and Anchor, however.
