NCL STAR Deck 4 porthole

I enjoyed the porthole cabin much more than an interior. You will not hear any engine noise because the engines are in the rear. The portholes are small but you are close to the water and it is easier to see fish and wildlife in the water down there than in upper cabins.

Hello

Anyone have this type of cabin? How small is the porthole? Was it noisy (engine etc)?

Thanks

We had rooms on deck 4 a few years ago. They were right across from the medical center. There was definitely mechanical-type noise in this area. I'm not sure where/what it was from, but it could possibly be annoying to light sleepers, especially in the morning.
