does any recent travelers on the miracle know if there serving canned or fountain soda at the bars? and can i use my own tumbler for refills with the soda card ? thanks

They use cans on the Miracle. On some Fantasy class ships, they use a fountain, but all others are cans.

 

As far as filling up your tumbler, your mileage may vary. If they don't fill it up, just pour the glass in and ask for a new one. Eventually, they'll figure it out.
