What Can Onboard Credits NOT Be Used For?

I just got some onboard credits applied to my account, and I was hoping I'd be able to use those for a couple of quick ship-to-shore calls (I know they're obscenely expensive). Can anyone confirm that OCs can be used towards these calls?

And are there any other restrictions on what OCs can be used for?

It is applied to your sign and sail card so you can use it for anything that would be charged to your account.
