Labor Day?

We arrive Sun afternoon, stay Monday Labor Day and leave noon on Tuesday. Understand things are closed on Sundays and the holiday. A suggestions on what to do while visiting Bermuda.. Our first time there

The buses and ferry will be running on the "Holiday and Sunday" schedule. I would suggest you go to Horseshoes Beach and have a great beach day on Monday. Sunday afternoon and Tuesday morning, you could check out the Dockyard area. I would guess that the shops there would be open since there is a ship in port.

Many stores will be closed on the holiday. Bermuda did relax the shopping laws at the end of last year so more stores are now open on Sunday (and you can buy alcohol, if that's your thing).

 

There will be a Labor Day Parade on MOnday, but it's basically union workers marching and not floats and bands and drill teams.
