Parking in NO for Elation 6/14

I was wondering if I should/need to go to one of the web-sites and pre-pay for parking or will I be ok just showing up and parking the day we leave? Would it be any cheaper if I pre-pay?

You can park in the terminal garage when you get there. They take cash or credit cards. FYI you drop off your luggage after you have paid and gone into the garage.

We've cruised out of NOLA three times. The first two times, we used the parking at the port but the last time we parked at the Fulton Street garage and we were very satisfied. They have a free shuttle taking you to and from the port. The shuttles run every few minutes, so it's super convenient. The garage is so close to the port, we went to the top and watched the Elation depart the night before we left. When we return to NOLA, we will def park at Fulton Place again.

I have Fulton Parking reserved. Where do I drop off my luggage at the port? Are there easy to follow directions at the port?

When we parked at Fulton, we took our luggage with us from the parking garage on the shuttle. They have an area on the back for all of the luggage.
