Question about Early Saver

For all you early saver experts here is my question:

 

If I find the my same cruise at the same rate that I booked with Carnival on another website but the other website is offering OBC and pre-paid grats can I fill out a price protection form and get credit for the OBC and grats? Or does early saver apply only to the rate of the cabin and have nothing to do with extras?

Correct, CCL will only give a price drop for the price of the cabin....NOT for perks/extras. FYI - travel agencies are not allowed to offer any pricing different from what CCL offers themselves any longer.
