Ah! I got it now! "Premier Cruise", ie: casino cruise.

 

I was thinking: "Well, er, Premier Cruise Lines went out of business around 2000!:D

HI, i have never done a premier cruise before but doing one soon. I am sailing with someone who didnt receive any type of casino offer. As my roommate, will that person also be invited to the welcome reception? receive gifts? be eligible for the various things as tho a premier cruiser?

I know they can go to the reception. I am 99% sure they get a drink card. I don't know about the other gifts. You can call or email the ocean players club and they might be able to give your more information.

 

If you don't receive a packet in the mail with a voucher for your casino cash etc. make sure you bring your offer with you.

We have cruised at least ten times with the Premier Casino Cruise. Have one booked for August and November. The most recent offers ended on July 15, so expect offers sometime within the next two weeks, hopefully.

 

It's great fun. There is a welcome aboard reception for the group, cash for many, sometimes reduced fares or free room for some, a gift each night and other activities for the group.

 

Looking forward to the next round of cruises offered.

Going on my first Premier cruise in September....really looking forward to it ! :) When I called to book, they told me that the second person in the cabin is entitled to the drink card, etc.....just not the cash....unless they have their own offer as the cash is based on personal play.

Your cabin mate will get the drinks on us card to use while playing in the casino, get to embark with you, etc., but can't participate in the premier events like the drawings in the casino. They can attend the welcome aboard party with the free drinks though.

Yes, the guest gets perks too. For example, we got a nice pair of beach towels on a Premier Cruise back in December.
