Voyager of the Sea's Deck 3

Recommended Posts

We are taking the same ship out of NJ on August 26 with our two six year old girls. Ur cabin is #3256 and we found out we are right next to the Vault. Have you learned anything about the noise level. Should we be concerned.

Thanks.

I was in Cabin#3256 I believe on the July 1 sailing. Not a bit of noise from anywhere. The public bathroom is actually in part of the show lounge and when nothing is going on there - you will not even see the signs for it.

The only thing about Deck 3 is that you cannot walk front to back because the ice skating rink is in the middle. You can get to the ice rink from Deck 4 descending down a glass staircase. Also to get to the dining rooms you would go up to Deck 4 and pass through the Casino and main lobby on your way. Or you could go to Deck 5 and walk through the atrium (where somethings always going on) to the dining rooms.

Some of my group also had 4 in a room in the same area. If you close the curtain in the middle of the room - it makes a good dressing room if you have mixed sex kids with you.

We had about 8 cabins on Deck 3 and everyone actually liked the location.

By the way, check out the dinner buffet. We always ate in the dining room, but one night when my daughter was sick - I brought her to the buffet about 9PM. What a nice set up and a great selection. I was really suprised and sorrry I didn't check it out sooner. Walk through there one evening before you go to your own dining room and check it out yourself.

Have a wonderful trip. If you have any other questions just email me at JoanE4159@aol.com . I'm going on the Norwegian Dawn 8/28 and probably won't be back on this board.

Have a wonderful time!!
