How much does it cost by taxi to go from TPA to Ybor City. What are recommended limo companies if I want to use that instead? HELP leaving next week.

Taxi to Ybor should be about $25. Don't have much experience with the limo companies but my experience is that if you have more than 1-2 people it is just as much as a taxi. Are you sure your hotel doesn't offer a shuttle? I thought that I read a trip report that said the Hampton Ybor did.

Depending on how many are traveling, a cab will probably be cheaper than taking one of the shuttle services. From the airport to Ybor should be between $25-35 depending on exactly where going. The shuttle services usually charge per person. Some of the hotels in Ybor offer airport services so be sure to ask. Some may charge, but it still may be cheaper than a cab or shuttle.

Thanks for the answers. I had checked with the Hampton Ybor City a few weeks ago and they only offer shuttle to the pier. So that's good. We were going to take the trolley, but their shuttle will be great.
