How long and best way to haleakala National Park

We will be tendering in Lahaina. How long does it take to get off the ship, pick up your rental and drive to Haleakla and which route would you take so there is time to do some hiking.

Not sure about the length of time to get the tender to shore and the shuttle to pick up the rental - but I probably would allow 1 to 1.5 hours.
