Try using an American postal code. On another site same thing happened, I just typed in zeros 6 of them and it worked. Another OP used a US code and it worked for the gift cards.

It's picky about the format. You have to use capitals and add the space. I had the same issue but finally figured it out. :)

 

Example:

 

A1B 3C4

I used an American zip code and it worked just fine.

It worked for me when I used ecard. Just make sure you do your postal code correctly, ex: N3N 3N3. You need the space in between.

But you can't put in the province as that option is not available.

I bought one. I got my email. I checked my balance it says $1000 but when I tried to apply it to my cruise it says the balance is $0.00

If you scroll to the bottom of the list it shows the provinces under all the states. I was able to select my province.
