Family of 7 cruising san juan carnival valor. Need help

I love cruising and so does my large family. Its me (32) hubby (41) my DS (1) my DS (4) my DS (14) and my twin girls (15). My kids have been traveling for years so has the baby. This will be his 3rd cruise but now hes walking. What escursion do you recommend for a family with a baby in St. Thomas, St. Lucia, Barbados, St. Kitts, St. Maarten.

We will be cruising in 4 weeks so i am starting to look into booking escursions.

Please let me know what you have experienced with a baby

I've done Magen's Bay and St. John while in port. St. John is a quick and easy ferry ride that will be great with a toddler. Much better than the scarey taxi (no carseats) ride over to Magen's Bay. I've been in a van once which was ok and with a drunk driver (I suspect) on the way back. Never again!

 

St. John has a cute open air restaurant right where you get off the ferry and the beaches there are great for snorkling and swimming. Was not a problem with our baby (he was 6 months) and our friend's baby (9 months). They weren't walking yet but the water is very calm and will be easy with a baby.

 

You will probably dock in Havensight, which is walking distance to the ferry.

Curious which activities you ended up doing in this cruise with the baby? We will be going in October on the same one.
