How Late are the Bars Open?

I'm a bit of a late-night kind of guy...does anyone know how late the bars/clubs stay open on the Dawn?

Haven't sailed the Dawn, but have on the Sun, Spirit and Wind. If I remember correctly, hours of service varied on opening times, but then stated to close, i.e. 9:00a to close. I'm a night person as well, some may close earlier but if the area was still active with passengers the bar remained open.

bars varies .... a lot of the bars on the dawn just said "9- close" ... I would say at least 2am ... remember there are those who are up to party .

I would say spinnaker says open latest.
