Can anyone tell me what the current price is for a BIRG ticket? And are tickets the same price for children?

 

I've seen different prices on different sites.

The Trenitalia website is awful.:mad:

 

But children under 4 yrs old are free, 4-14 at reduced rate.

Current day-return price is around 12 euros for adults.

Unless you're bringing a classroom-full of kids, that should give you a passable ballpark figure.

Simplest to buy on-the-day - avoid the potential line at the Civi station ticket-office by buying from stalls (not street-sellers) between port & station, or at the station newsstand.
