Pushing a wheelchair would probably be best advised to take the tram which stops fairly close to where the ships dock and has other stops near the Blue Mosque, St Sofia's, and the Grand Bazaar. If you go into the Grand Bazaar be sure to come back out of the same entrance there are many and you can easily find yourself in an unrecognisable area and feel lost, obviously with a wheelchair you don't want that complication.
