Victory Stateroom 9268

We (my mom 54, myself 22, and my son 3) are cruising next month for the first time on Carnival Victory. We originally booked an interior room but we upgraded to a balcony and found out today we are in stateroom 9268 on the Lido deck. After some googling it looks like we are across from elevators AND possibly a laundry room. Can anyone give pros/cons to this location? We are optimistic and we are going to love it and have a blast no matter what but I would just like to have a heads up of what to expect :)
