Has anyone had any experiences with the Sky Suites on deck #12? Are they noisy?

Has anyone had any experiences with the Sky Suites on deck #12? Are they noisy?

 

We had 2115 on last fall's Equinox westbound transatlantic and had no noise complaints. 2115 is located just below the entrance/beginning to the Oceanview Cafe and is not below the area that experiences all of the movement you traditionally hear when someone complains about the noise.

 

The overhang was nice as it made the balcony useable all the time!

Anything between 2130 and 2142 are terribly noisy, both port and starboard. We did a family cruise with DH and I in an accessible cabin and our boys, their spouses/girlfriends in surrounding cabins, and all were very noisy, so much that we all tried to get other cabins.
