WCT Antigua (West Coast Tours) - reviews?

I found WCT Antigua on Trip Advisor, and the reviews on there were great. I haven't really seen any on here, though, which I found a little strange. They have a 3-hr boat and snorkel tour that leaves from Jolly Beach for $65pp.

 

Anyone familiar with this tour operator?

 

And do you know how much the bus is to take from the port to JB? Is it pretty easy?
