Funny Phone Call to RCI

I called RCI to apply a price drop for me and the young man who answered must have been brand new because when he checked my reservation he told me that I had made it with Azamara and they were a travel agency and he couldn't help me. :D

 

I asked for a resolution agent. He put me on hold and came back. I guess they told him Azamara is another line his employers own.

 

He was very polite and he tried hard, but his math wasn't so good and we had to back and forth the numbers a bit.

 

Everything is fine, now
