EPIC SPA and FITNESS CENTER HOURS?

Does anyone happen to know how early we can use the SPA in the AM--we will have SPA PASSES. Also is the fitness center open at the same time? My cousin needs to run on a treadmill and continue training for her marathon coming up even on vacation. Any help on the hours would be great. I tried using the search function to find this out and nothing came up.

this is OLD (from 2011) but says fitness center opens at 6

I can only give some of the info from 2 years ago. The fitness center opened early-at least by 6, but the treadmills and ellipticals were not powered on until 8 AM. By 8, it was full (the jogging track isn't particularly practical IMHO). I know it was open until at least 9 PM. At 7PM, there were lots of machines available. I have no idea about spa except to say it seemed to be open from early (8 or 9) until late.
