What time do you arrive back in Charleston?

Maybe a weird question but I will need to make a call back home early on the day we arrive back in Charleston from our cruise. I think we can start debarking around 8 depending on floor but what time do we arrive back at the port where I could use my cell phone?

It seems like it was still dark when we went last winter, don't know the time but it was early.

When we arrived back in the Charleston harbor, it was around 6:30-7am... I turned my cellphone on (at exactly 7am) when I seen the Charleston bridge and was able to hook straight up to Verizon towers and made a phone call.. We had someone coming to our house to watch over it and our cat, so I needed to make sure everything was okay on the home front and let them know, that we were headed home...
