Stroller Question

Honestly it depends. If you are not the type who will hoof it across ports and just want to use it on board go with a carrier or umbrella. For off road use or use on poor streets, a jogging stroller will work best. We will not use the jogging stroller on board... We just break it down and store, too large. But for trotting across San Juan or other ports not requiring a tender we loved our jogging stroller... Great on sandy beaches. Understand that we think nothing if walking a few miles, so your situation may be very different. We bring a carrier and a stroller typically.

We bring a Chicco umbrella. First cruise we brought our Baby Jogger City Mini, which I strongly prefer, but it doesn't fit through the cabin door. Definitely a deal breaker when returning from port hot and sweaty with the stroller loaded down!

I also agree a baby carrier is necessary. We still wear our 3 year old. It is just easier most of the time. Kindercarry makes the Kinderpack which has a mesh panel to keep you and baby cooler. We have a preschool size and my 3 and 5 year olds still fit.

I think it depends on the ship - our city mini fit thru the cabin doorway on Allure of the Seas just fine.
