AidenandCasensMommy Posted August 28, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2014 We will be in Room U201, which is a side, aft balcony. I can't find many pictures of any side balconies. I know they are smaller than the aft-extended.
bobsfamily Posted August 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 28, 2014 We will be in Room U201, which is a side, aft balcony. I can't find many pictures of any side balconies. I know they are smaller than the aft-extended. A few years back a couple of the "Fantasy" class ships had balconies welded to the side of the ship (which looks weird but you can get a balcony without paying suite prices). Your cabin is the first one headed towards the aft of the ship. You should be able to look forward and see the extended suite balconies. http://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/Main/decks.php?ship=Carnival+Fascination
tncap Posted August 28, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 28, 2014 I was in U231 once. It was no different than a balcony on any other Carnival ship.
bluemarie2 Posted August 29, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 29, 2014 I was in U219 on the Fascination a couple of years ago and didn't notice the balcony being any smaller than the regular balconies any other Carnival ship. It was fun to stand on the balcony as we sailed down the river and wave to all the people who were on their docks watching us go by.
