Miami Beach

On Norwegian Dawn 8/28. Want to take a taxi over to Miami Beach (me, wife, 8,8, 10,18yr old) but have never been there before. What is a good spot for kids to enjoy beach for a while..Where should I tell the taxi to take us?

Just have them take you across MacArthur Causeway to South Beach. Anywhere along Ocean Drive between 5th & 15th Streets is great. It's close and easy to get to from the Port of Miami. Ocean Drive between 5th & 15th Streets is the heart of South Beach and is lined with sidewalk cafes on the west side, sand on the east side, and has some of the best "people watching" on the planet! ;)
