Learn to scuba dive with aqua safari

Check to see how many people they take out for the "beginner scuba class," AKA Discover Scuba. I believe Aqua Safari is one of the bigger shops on the island with fast, but large, boats that can accommodate quite a few people. I'm not positive about that so, do, check an see how many people you can expect on the same trip with you and the ratio of instructors to students.

If they answer there are more people than you'd be comfortable with, there are other shops on the island that take only small groups on their dive and/or snorkel trips. And, oftentimes with a Discover Scuba course it will be just a couple of people. We did our Discover Scuba with Eagle Ray Divers and there were only 4 of us with our instructor. We got very personal attention, had a great time, and felt very safe.
