When Should We Book Our Drinks Package

Just booked a Princess cruise after a 3 year hiatus, to find they now do a Drinks Package:D Apologies if this question has already been asked and answered but does anyone have any views on whether we should book it before we get on, or wait till we board.

 

Notice we are not asking whether or not do buy it - that's a 'no-brainer':p

Real simple to do when on board. I personally would wait. Supposedly if u pre purchase the sticker will already be on your card. I would not chance it. With my luck it would not be on there then have to go to passenger service desk to get it straightened out.
