mriguySeattle Posted October 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 16, 2014 Hi all, just wondering if the Cat 6 cabins on the Royal Clipper are all the same size. On the deck plan, Cabin 212 appears slightly larger than the others but not sure if the drawing is 100% accurate. Thanks for any info you can provide. travelinguy Posted October 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2014 I have stayed in that cabin as a single on a TA cruise and it was very adequate. Even with 2 people I would have had no problem in it. It may very well be a bit bigger due the fact that it is at the end.
mriguySeattle Posted October 19, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted October 19, 2014 Thanks. Do you know what's on either side of cabin 212? The deck plan show white space on both sides. storage? water-tight door?

Travelinguy probably knows best as I haven't actually traveled on the Royal Clipper, but when I inquired via phone as to the sizes of the rooms, I was told cat. 5 is 118 sq. ft. and cat 4 is 124 sq. ft. You can call their 800 # and inquire as to the size. I noticed that #232 is single bed only and the other cat 6 cabins have fixed double bed. We are in cat 3 which is only 145 sq. ft. (and cat 2 as well) Edited October 23, 2014 by Mimi A
