Tampa - Place to buy Champagne

We'll be at the Tampa Wyndham Westshore/Airport the night before our cruise and was wondering if their is a store near by to buy a couple bottles of champagne and sodas before we head to the port. Can you buy champagne in regular stores or do you have to get it from a liquor store in Florida?

Does your hotel offer free shuttle service? We stayed at Hilton-Westshore & our driver took us to a make a liquor run. Of course we tipped him nicely. :D

You are located across the street from Westshore Mall, but there are no retail liquor facilites in the mall. You can buy beer, wine, champagne, etc in the grocery store, drug store, or liquor store. This store is only a couple of blocks from the hotel and I believe it has direct sales.
