We called at the port of Akureyri in Iceland, Adventure of the Seas cruise out of Southampton, UK.

 

In this port, we rented a car and drove to Godafoss and back. They gave us a huge Ford Explorer. Subsequently we explored the town. It is a beautiful place.

I think the botanical gardens at TROMSO in Norway are a few degrees further north!
